U11’s FUNdamental Group
This group train between 6-7pm on a Wednesday and Friday. The sessions enable athletes aged 5-10 to develop the fundamental skills of running, jumping and throwing in a fun and safe environment.
Athletes should arrive by 5.50pm and register in the clubhouse. The athletes will then do a warm-up and be split into age groups. They will then take part in run, jump, throw activities with qualified coaches.
