U11’s FUNdamental Group
This group train between 6-7pm on a Wednesday and Friday. The sessions enable athletes aged 5-10 to develop the fundamental skills of running, jumping and throwing in a fun and safe environment.
Athletes aged 5-7 should only attend one session per week but athletes aged 8-10 can attend both sessions if they wish. Athletes should arrive by 5.45pm and register in the clubhouse. The athletes will then do a warm-up and be split into age groups. They will then take part in run, jump, throw activities with qualified coaches. Wednesday’s lead coach is Chelsea Wyard. Friday’s lead coach is Martin Cook.
