Club Training Schedule

Training is 5 Nights a Week!

Our athletes train 5 nights a week. Any amendments or cancellations will be posted on the home page or Facebook. A list of coaches including their contact details and qualifications will be available later this month (July 2017).

Please note:
– All U15 club members must be dropped off and collected from within the appropriate facility. No athlete in this age group is permitted to warm up or train outside of the designated perimeter.
– Hi-vis bibs or jackets must be worn when warming up or running outside of the Athletics Track.

Paul Wilson’s throwing session has finished for the summer and will return on the 2nd October for strength and conditioning.
