Training is 5 Nights a Week

Our athletes train 5 nights a week and Saturday and Sunday mornings. Any amendments or cancellations will be posted on the home page.

Important Notice:
All U15 club members must be dropped off and collected from within the appropriate facility. No athlete in this age group is permitted to warm up or train outside of the designated perimeter.

Monday from 6 pm

Secondary Age Development Group; School Years 7 to 11 – coach Craig Pounder

7 pm
Year 10+ Sprints – coach Karen Buck, Les Grant
Year 9+ Distance Running – Interval training on the track as well steady runs of 3 miles and 6 miles – coaches Ian Wilcock, Elaine Wilcock, Don McMillan and Michael Raynes

Tuesday from 7 pm

Adult Sprints – coach Geoff Barraclough
Year 10+ Sprint/Hurdles – coach Paul Daynes
Year 9+ Sprints/Hurdles/Combined-Events – coach Craig Pounder

Wednesday from 6 pm

Under 12 Group; School years 6, and some of year 7, 8 – coach Dave Paver
Secondary Age Development Group; School years 7 to 11 – coach Craig Pounder

Disability Athletics *Deaf Inclusive/BSL
