If you are a multi-event athlete aged 15+ you can access the following training groups in order to cover all of the requirements of your events.
6.15-7pm : Shot Putt – Coach Paul Wilson
7-8pm : Pole Vault – Coach Ian Noble
7-8pm : Discus/Javelin – Coach Paul Wilson
7-9pm : Sprints and Hurdles – Coach Paul Daynes
6-7pm : Shot – Coach Paul Wilson
7-8pm : High Jump – Coach Bob Williams
7-8pm : Long Jump – Coach Pete Stanton
7-8.30pm : Sprints Coach Paul Daynes
