Our sprint group encompasses athletes of all abilities with a typical age range of under 15’s and under 13’s. Our training focuses on recognising and developing your running style and your abilities. We work on your technique and develop your running skills and hope you will feel confident to join club meetings to show your talent off! Our group is fun and fast, with athletes at different stages of development. We work together to push you to your best. Training includes dynamic warm ups, and varied training sessions including starts, relays and of course lots of sprinting! We train Monday and Wednesday from 7pm. I hope to see you join our group soon.
